Conscious Movement
Every activity is designed to help you connect with your body — not just to burn calories, but to listen, move with intention, and enjoy the process.
Exercise and rehabilitation classes rooted in the belief that body and mind are inseparable. A space open to anyone who wants to move with intention.
We live in a world where body and mind often follow separate paths. We believe moving them together is the key to a fuller life.
Every activity is designed to help you connect with your body — not just to burn calories, but to listen, move with intention, and enjoy the process.
Stress, anxiety, and mental exhaustion are part of daily life for many. Our classes are a space to truly disconnect and recharge from within.
Every body has its own story, pace, and needs. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are — no matter your starting point.
We offer a wide variety of disciplines designed to adapt to you — your body, your pace, your moment in life.
Different styles — hatha, yin, vinyasa — for all levels and life stages.
Dance as a tool for emotional expression and release. The body saying what words cannot.
Technique and creativity in service of movement. No barriers, no age limits.
Strength and mobility for real life. Exercises that help you move better every day.
Techniques that unite breath, mindfulness, and movement to calm the nervous system.
The best of ballet barre, Pilates, and fitness in one fluid, low-impact class.
Control, breath, and body awareness. Ideal for rehabilitation and deep strengthening.
Sessions tailored to your goals, alone or with a partner. Real, personalised progress.
Specific programs for every stage of motherhood. Care, respect, and support throughout.
The project keeps growing. New activities, workshops, and special offerings on the way.

With a degree in Sports Science and a Master's in Health and Pathologies, Lucía blends the science of movement with a deep artistic background: Conservatory studies, time at the Andalusian High-Performance Dance Centre in contemporary dance, and specialisations in Pilates and Latin dances. She is also trained in adapted exercise for older adults — because movement has no age.
